My eyes follow the curves, the lines, the monotone color, the sunlight takes center stage.

Artist's Description

It was a hot day in the desert but a fellow photographer found relief in deep puddles left by recent rains. Cooling off in the puddles helped us stay in the desert long enough to get this shot. The sun only hits this feature like this for several minutes in the evening.

About Dustin LeFevre

Dustin LeFevre

As a Utah native, Dustin LeFevre spent his childhood exploring and developing a deep appreciation for nature. He spends his free time exploring the beautiful and diverse landscapes of the West. Chasing sunsets and sunrises, he hopes to capture not just what is in front of his lens, but also the way it makes him feel. He hopes his images will help inspire the same appreciation of nature and desire to explore in others.
